Aide System Limited (ASL) has a set freight charge for all New Zealand deliveries, and a staggered charge based on your total purchase price for international orders. Please refer to the form below for our freight charges and delivery times.

We know the importance of security online. We only accept online transactions that are encrypted to safeguard your personal information. Aideport.com uses 128-bit SSL encryption provided by QualitySSL from BitEngines. This means that your transactions are secure. Alteration to an Order

Most of our orders are dispatched the same day we receive them, so alterations to an order are usually only possible up to 2pm on the day of placing the order. Phone 0800-243347 from 9am to 5.30pm weekdays to arrange any amendments.

Cancellation of an Order

Completion of the check out process constitutes a sale and ASL reserves the right to process and dispatch the order. However, where possible ASL is happy to cancel orders that have not been processed for dispatch. If your payment has been processed but not dispatched, we will endeavour to stop the dispatch and return the funds to your credit card. If your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Product Returns & Refunds

Refunds will only be given when the products are returned to our office, in as new condition, complete with undamaged packaging within 30 days of date of purchase. They should be accompanied by an explanation for the return and the packing receipt. Note: Return freight is at the purchasers expense. Refunds will only be given in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

These can be returned to us for review. Simply attach a letter outlining the problem, with your receipt and packing slip, and we will review the product. ASL will then either replace or repair the product, or refund your money. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this. The decision to replace or refund on your product rests with ASL.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  1. Return the product via insured Courier Post or Parcel Carrier. Note: Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
  2. Enclose a copy of your receipt (if possible) and your name, address, and date of purchase.
  3. Send returns to:

    PO Box 11141, Manners Street, Wellington 6034, New Zealand.
  4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement.
